spoof...

hey guys! i only started watching this show like a week ago or something.. i might sound stupid...but it's a spoof right.. so does that mean everything in the show is planned? like who will get eliminated each week and who will win?? do they follow a script or is this impromprtu stuff? and if it's planned.. does the winner really become andy's assistant and are all the contestants just actors?? .. sorry but its kinda hard to look for info about the show around here..
