Why do they all have differnt voices?

I understand the whole "persona" thing, but George Lucas would disagree with clones picking up different accents. If you've watched the new special editon of ESB you'll noticed that Boba Fett's voice has been dubbed over, even though he hasn't heard anyone speak with an accent like that for 30 years.

umm... his own father ring a bell? The accent you pick up from childhood would always be the strongest no matter what others you pick up. Plus Boba Fett was a friggen bounty hunter for God's sake which means he was never in one place long enough to even pick one up.
