I'd go for...Tatooine: Mos Eisley becuase I know the map so well and there are some cool places the snipe. And its cool hunting your enemy through the streets when the numbers get low...

i love Bespin: Platforms because it becomes a straight out slug fest trying to cross those bridges. i love it. Also Kashyyk: Docks cuz i can sit on the platforms and just snipe till my heart is content.
I love this game and cannot wait until Battlefront 2, its going to be so much better.
I'll have to go with Kashyyk: Docks and Islands 'cuz the environment of both maps makes it awesome.
And yeah....Battlefront II looks badass with them space battles. I can't wait to hop aboard an X-wing or an A-wing and take out as many TIE fighters as I can.
I love acting like the Predator (Predator 2) in Mos Eisley, you can just leap from building to building, and (if you a Super Battle Droid) blast those clones in oblivion!
Bespin: Cloud City and Tatooine: Mos Eisley. I've played those so many times I can play as a regular soldier (usually Republic), not die, and still get 40-60 kills. Both Rhen Var levels are great, since they usually come down to the wire regardless of faction.
If an AT-ST showed up, your rebels obviously were not doing a good job of protecting the hanger. If you're the Empire, that's what you have to capture to recieve the walker.
I read somewhere that if the Empire catches the Rebel hangar command post, I think within a certain time limit or something, they get access to the AT-ST
I found and AMAZING place to snipe from on Rhen Var: Citadel!
In the bottom left hand corner of the map there's a Spawning Point at the bottom of a large tower.
Keep climbing up and up until you reach the very top. You can see all of the east of the map, the entire right platform including the Spawning Point and the bit outisde the Citadel.
The best part is no one ca see you, and if they do you're in a perfect position to defend!
I'm sure laods of people have already made good use of this position but I'm just passing on the good word.
God forth...and snipe!

Hoth: Echo Base, mostly because it is the only map with trench warefare, and storming the Echo Base complex is awesome. And taking out snowspeeders from an AT-AT is the best way to release your anger...
I also like Kashyyk: Islands, because of the bombing potential, and Bespin: Platforms, because of the massive battle. Have any of you ever pushed the empire's line all the way back, and charged to their back command posts?
I like the ones in any kid of city situation. Platforms of Bespin is probably the best. The bridge battles are epic. What I like to do on the bridges is jump up on the top of them and then run to the other side and come down behind the enemy. I also like Theed, both Ren Vahr, Mos Eisley, the Kashyyyk one with the docks, and the Temple at Yavin. I like to go straight on into battle most of the time but sometimes I like to sneak around and take a rear base to outflank the enemy. It can be difficult at times but once you get the base all hell rains down on the enemy as you can just attack them from many sides. Its also fun using any enemy vehicle against them. I love getting into droid tanks and just blasting away the droids.
Oh and one thing I noticed about the droidekas is that if you are litterally right up next to them they cant hit you and you can just shoot them until they blow up. Also if they have shields it will protect you from any fire coming from behind the droid. That fire will also help destroy the droideka quicker.
Bespin platforms- its just pure action like nonstop whether your in the air or on ground Kashyyk Docks- amazingly fun to do, ive memorized my gameplan to win it everytime. and it always works.
Tatooine: Dune Sea. So much fun, with the Sarlacc Pit, the Tuskens, and the giant crawler parked in the desert. Its a damn shame they didnt put it in the second game.
Bespin: Platforms. The ability to do both dogfights AND on ground combat? Awesome.
Hoth: Echo Base. AT-AT's. Enough said.
Rhen Var: both maps (Harbor and Citedel): hunting down soldiers in an abandoned Jedi temple? Shooting through ice caves? Awesome. What dumbass decided NOT to put it in the second game?
Naboo: Plains.
