PC PROBLEMS!!

Ok Ive been on the homepage for this game and the help does no good for me.
I keep getting jaunted about on the lvl where you hafta move the boxes. At the point with the 3 box holes or hurling them at the guys standing there the game sticks and cannot go further until i kill my comp
Ive changed mice but I dont have another keyboard as mine is multimedia. Its def not the graphics or the rez tho.
Ideas anyone?
Any patches anywhere to fix this sodding little bug?
