Excellent acting-poor script

First up, the acting was excellent-Ian Mccellan was great as a mentally unstable person. Mike Moriarty where have you been? He is an excellent actor that you never hear about anymore but he was mostly just in the background. Why was Bill Bellamy in this? I thought his 15 minutes were up! Jessica Lange-she is always borderline insane in all of her roles, that is why she got the nomination for best actress for her movie Frances.

This could have been a really good movie, had the script been more tight instead of going from one thought to the next without really explaining why the scene was there in the first place.

Missed the mark but still watchable.

6 out of a 10.

Perhaps you should call the director and ask him to talk you through the whole goddamn movie? This movie was excellent.

I actually have to say I agree with the OP on this. It's not a question of whether or not I could "follow" the story, it was more a matter of sloppy script writing. Felt a little contrived in that department.

The premise was excellent, the story had great potential. I also gave it a 6/10.

I agree. The script is around the story of a psychiatric patient, who cannot deal with reality and built himself a world, almost making one of the doctors believe him. I don't think, this could be labeled a fantasy movie, it's a very real one instead. But great job from all the leads.
