Different DVDs, different cuts?

Hey guys, like everyone else I too want to watch a pre-hacked up US version. But as far as I can tell the US release:

and the limited edition import release (region free):

both are cut down. So is there only some crazy region-2 PAL version dvd that is uncut or is there any DVD release that is superior that I should be looking out for?
