Name of Song!!

I just saw "Manuale d'Amore" and I was wondering if you would know the name of the song that is playing while the end credits are being shown. It's a Portuguese song, that's all I know.

I caught it: "Noite e Luar" (means Night and Moonlight), composed by Paolo Buonvino and Patrizia Laquidara, sung by Laquidara in a broken Portuguese.
shareI heard (and loved) the song and found it was nicely sung, though with a slight accent but still ok. Maybe just the lyrics that have not beem composed by native speakers may seem a little strange. By the way, it´s Brazilian Portuguese.
