Subtitles for .avi download

I recently downloaded this movie in .avi format, because I can't find it anywhere in the US (I don't think it's been released here), and I can't find the subtitles in English or Italian anywhere! I've found them in Portuguese and Spanish, but I can't find the English or Italian ones. Does anyone know where I could find them to download and play with the movie, or would anyone be kind enough to make some for me? I would if I could, but I'm only in my first year of Italian, and I can only understand/pick up about 30% of what they're saying since the dialog is so fast and I'm still limited in what I know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I saw this movie at an Italian film festival and just fell in love with it, so I'd love to be able to understand it when I watch it now, haha.
