What is the name of that song playing (and the artist) when Rory first sees Siobahn dancing at the club?

It's really catchy and I want to download it. But I don't know the info...

Further question . . . is there a released soundtrack that contains the absolutely gorgeous instrumental music heard throughout the film? The beginning for example?

Is there a place I could download that music? I'm as in love with it as I am with the film.
