Anders is annoying

Why is it that the strong woman always has to be a bitch making threats to everyone? Throughout the entire movie, the one guy that can clear her name, she keeps threatening to shoot. The entire time I was waiting for Snipes character to bop her one in the face, telling her that next time he'll just clear himself and leave her to rot in the dust.
