$20 million budget?!?!
Let me get this straight..."Black Swan" features Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis, Winona Ryder, Benjamin Millepied, etc., gets a rating of 8.5, won an Oscar (Best Actress), nominated for three more Oscars (Best Picture, Cinematography, Film Editing), and only had an estimated budget of $13 million.
"7 Seconds" features Wesley Snipes, gets a rating of 4.7, GOES STRAIGHT TO DVD and had a budget of $20 million?!
Seriously...who approved the budget for this film? Didn't they read the (weak) script? Didn't they see the lack of bankable stars? Tax cheat Snipes is the only one with name recognition, but he's far from being an A-lister or even a B--lister.
Did this movie even break even? Did this movie even clear $10 million?
