Is this as good as Mean Creek?

Both are exceptionally good movies. It's just as good, maybe a slight bit better. I was recommended this film from watching Mean Creek.

Both amazing. I like Mean Creek a hair better, but it's only a matter of opinion. They both are fine films

I was totally reminded of Mean Creek when watching this movie. I loved both of them but this one a little better. Mean Creek seemed a little bit more low budget.

Mean Creek was much more tense for me...and the characters semed mroe real too
