In For Another Long Wait?

It's only been a day (as of this writing) and I'm already missing it.

I suppose we now have another long wait until the next series. Doc and Jackson have said they could do the show forever as long as there's an audience and funding to do it, but it does take time.

While I'm always going to want MORE of The Venture Bros., I suppose I should content myself with what is actually made, while also keeping in mind that it's quality over quantity, and view the show as an occasional delicacy.

Perhaps we've become spoiled by the 24/7 availability of entertainment, and The Venture Bros. could then be viewed as an exercise in patience, but I dunno. The show's aesthetic, for me, scratches a very specific itch, and I notice when it's not there. I guess I'll just say, "Hurry up!" and leave it at that.

I'd say you nailed it with that post, at this point the long waits are as much a part of the show and it's culture as the show itself is.
