Who's that stylist?

I just saw an episode about a 39-year-old southern woman who wore large, pioneer-style dresses that looked like they belonged on an elderly woman.

Does anyone know the name of the stylist who was part of the panel that selected outfits and hair styles in this episode? He looked really familiar, possibly from another reality show. I think his name started with a J.

I was in a waiting room at the time, so that's all the info I was able to hang onto over the noise. Shockingly, that vague description isn't doing me any favors in googling it.
