Biggest question in the show

In the episode Just in Time (Season 1 episode 13) Jeremy created a bug in Aelita's Annex Program. This meant that if Aelita were to deactivate a tower, she would be deleted. Despite his effort's Jeremy was unable to fix this problem. Despite this, Aelita willingly deactivated the tower in this episode. She did this because she knew that if she didn't people would die. After saving the world yet again and returning to the past, the gang was mourning Aelita's "death". Earlier in the episode Jeremy was able to materialize a strand of Aelita's hair (Which cause the bug in Aelita's Annex Program in the first place). Realizing that the hair had Aelita's exact computer codes, the gang decided to send the hair back to Lyoko in hopes to bring back Aelita. Spoiler Alert.....................................................................................It brings back Aelita. However, this brings one big question if you think about it. If this hair brought back Aelita, does this mean that the real Aelita is dead and the Aelita in the rest of the series is a clone created by the strand of hair? Please help me answer this question.

Here is the link to the episode just in case if you want to understand what I am questioning https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNxouGLtI2Q .

That hair contained her entire genetic computer code, and with that they could make an exact copy, not a clone. Clones aren't exact copies.
