Was that really her singing in the movie?

Sadly..no it wasn't. If it was, she would be pretty good. I heard that she sings in one of Robin Thicke's songs, or talks. I don't know really, I haven't heard the song.

Actually, no. According to the credits, the "singing voice of Angel" is Debra Killings.
