Is this the movie that....

1) has like 100 f-words but strangely enough only 12 of them in the first 45 minutes.

2) the one where al Pacino hires this new sports better. He makes these ridiculous crazy bets but wins. Al Pacino tells him to be more careful and that he got lucky. He doesn't listen and continues to make more crazy bets but yet still wins. Al Pacino again tells him to be more careful and that he's been lucky. The guy continues to go his own way not listening to al Pacino and still continues to win unscathed. Al Pacino starts to get frustrated but also fascinated at how stubborn but yet awesome this guy is at how he is making all these ridiculous bets but yet still winning them and not even losing a single one.
