*Graphic Love Scene*

in the scene where "Romain"and "Sasha" make love was i hallucinating or was
Mevil Poupaud who plays Romain in fact fully erect?

reply

the actor who plays his lover was not hot enough. He was and I hope he's not gay in real life because he's very attractive.

reply

LOL I can see his Penis erect like a pillar! Now everyone knows his size

yes..it's a fake dick.

very easy to tell.

if you look at the documentry on the DVD, you will find the actor who play Sasha even had a problem show naked on the movie.

Whether it was. a rubber prosthetic or a real erection the scene showed Romain as the dominant male in the partnership. For me this helped understand his later ability, as a gay man (bisexual?) to impregnate the woman who wanted a baby. Also the erect phallus is a symbol of vigor and life, something with special meaning for Romain, under a sentence of early death from cancer.

Fake or not...every guys got one...and in this film we are seeing the characters in the story and so it is 'real'..if you know what I mean. Still...a scene that is not overly done. It is very skillfully directed and portrayed!

reply

I agree. I rented on Netflix and even paused the scene a time or two! LOL But isn't it interesting how Americans react to nudity on film. The Europeans don't think anything of it. In fact, I'm a little surprised that the nursing scene didn't flip people out.

Oh, wait, that's another movie, I think. Sorry!

I recommend a Spanish movie from 2002 called: "Sex and Lucia," There is a love seen where she excites her lover and you can see as he gets a n erection.

In this movie, as I read somewhere, the actor in the title role didn'y mind being filmed nude and being touched by a beautiful actress.

Actually, in the movie "Sex and Lucia", some of the most sexual explicit content was made by doubles, not by the main actors.
It's a common thing in movies to use doubles in nude scenes.

I have to disagree. I've found that men who sleep with women are usually the "passive" recipients in a man/man relationship; especially men "on the down low" that marry women because of religious or family pressure. In the U.S. at least.

reply

They both were. And I don't see anything in the bonus footage that suggest that they were prosthetics. Yes, the actor who played Sasha had problems with some of the scenes. It doesn't mean that he wasn't talked into showing an erect penis, as he was with the bedroom scene, which the bonus footage does show. Either way, it doesn't matter. With the rating system in the U.S. it just surprising to see. It's not what we're use to from a theatrical release, even though it was very brief. You're going to get a shock response from that fact alone. It just doesn't happen here. That is usually reserved for porn films.

reply

The scene shows very full erections on both men, but if you look closely and use some sense you can tell that they're prosthetics. The two penises are exactly the same size, shape and rigidity. Penises vary widely in both form and performance; it's practically impossible that any two men would have simultaneous erections so completely identical in every detail. Besides, these are two shy straight actors (obvious in the "Making of") in a non-porn movie, which makes any erection at all highly unlikely.
