Should be Seen by More People

I really like this movie, but I find it a shame to keep this film so hidden from a wider audience. The film had a very, very small release out side of Iran, and the only way I could see this movie was by buying a mediocre DVD of it in a Persian Grocery Store a few cities away from where I live. The film should be re-released, screened for more critics, and be released on a "real" DVD that audiences would be able to access better. Any thoughts?

By the way, I'm not Persian, I just like good movies :)

It's just started a run in London to a good reception. I managed to get it on DVD but, alas, the transfer is not that good.

I've just seen it in Manchester at the Cornerhouse and agree that more people should see this. Just shows that we are the basically the same all over the world.

this movie deserves to be in top 250
there will be no world release because there is no financial support
I bet none of you have seen the uncut version!! its 3 cutted scenes which are so funny
and belive me, the translation is more than just suck
