It's a short with charaters from My neighbor Totoro. not yet availble on DVD. only shown sometimes at the Ghibli Art Museum.
shareYou are thinking of Mei to Koneko basu (Mei and the Kitten Bus). Unless there are two shorts with characters from My Neighbor Totoro, but I know of only one.
