'Kalamazoo?' to be shown in Kalamazoo the weekend of Nov. 2-4th, 2007

In case everyone missed it the first, brief time, the weekend of November 2-4 will be the second showing of "Kalamazoo?" The director, David O'Malley will be presenting a new 35mm print of the film to let everyone have a chance to see this unique movie. Screenings will be held at The Little Theatre on Western Michigan University's campus.
The Little Theatre is located on East Campus, at the corner of Oakland Drive and Oliver Street in Kalamazoo, MI. It's right across the drive from East Hall and just down the street from Spindler Hall.
From Stadium Drive, take Oliver Street east. When Oliver Street connects into Oakland Drive, you'll find the Little Theatre right on the corner.

So... was this the last chance to see Kalamazoo? until a possible DVD release? I've been chasing down this movie since it's completion and was only able to see it once in Kalamazoo. The producer claimed it was going to be released on DVD but, nothing has turned up yet.

I hope this nice little film doesn't just wind up being shown at Western Michigan once a year until it fades into oblivion. It really was a fine piece of indie work with more potential than it's been given credit for.
