It will, but you have to wait 1,5-2 years.

I really want this to show up on some kind of NTSC region free DVD of some kind ... get your booty in gear FINLAND!!!

Yesasia.com is selling an English subtitled DVD. Not sure what region it is, but for anyone who wants to watch all kinds of movies, you almost have to have a region free player. Region 1 releases of many Asian movies are often shortened, or have other changes. Go for the originals...

eThaiCD has it. I haven't bought it from there but I just purchased Casshern and 28 Weeks Later from there. I bought from them before and I was quite pleased with how they dispatched the dvd and how quickly it got to my place.
