Great movie, loved it! But I have one question though, and I think it's a valid one:

Why does the demon die from being pierced, but not from being decapitated? I found this very weird, as if it wasn't thought trough enough. I still can't get my head around it. Anyone got a clue?

Alright...here's my 2 cents. I think because he didn't give him his true name until the end. He wasn't dead from the piercing until he said his final name. probably wrong but thats what I thought.
