The God of War diet

I'm writing a diet on my computer at home called "The God of War diet".It basically consists of foods that people ate at the time in which God of War is set.

I've managed to find out what types of food people ate back then and a few recipes.I've even come up with one or two by myself!!!

But I'm curious:
Did they have tea and coffee back then?
What about sugar?
Salt and pepper as well as other spices?

I'm curious to know if they had these things back in those day.Can somebody help me?

And I'm guessing that they DIDN'T have chocolate!!!

I don't think they had coffee or tea back then. They had wine, a lot of wine!! lol They ate lots of fruits such as apples, figs, pomegranates, olives + more. They also ate a lot of fish.

I've actually already got all that. There is ONE thing I'm worried about. Will I get in trouble for using the title "The God of War diet"?Isn't the name copyrighted?

Did they have chocolate and sugar?I haven't been able to find any information on this.

I don't think they can copyright the name God of War, just the font they used for the text on their box art, in game etc so you should be fine using the name.

They didn't have chocolate and I don't think they had sugar, especially refined sugar. They used honey to sweeten things.
