Hold on...lets get a few things straight. I went to the camp that it was filmed 2 years ago and i'm going back this year. Word is that it will be released either this month(may) or next month(june). Ryan is only a skater that is in the movie and shows a few tricks like he usually does and can't stand not doing. To refer back to the 2001 Dish Dogs with Matthew Lillard, yes one aspect of these two movies are the same in the fact that the main characters are dish washers. Otherwise last I checked it wasn't filmed in a world wide known action sports camp. Otherwise it should be a kick ass movie, if you want more info about this camp or any other you might benefit, send back a reply message

Hi Guys,

I am Shane Saunders, and I play Camper #1- Dishdogz was filmed in July/August of 2004. The movie was set for release in in early 2005, but as you can tell, it hasn't.

is there a certain reason why it hasnt been realeased yet? do you think it will still sometime be realeased? thanks for the info though! -danielle

I am an investor in this movie! I was sent a copy Easter weekend 2005 and was told I would be contacted in a few weeks with the details of the release for the movie. Needless to say, I have not been contacted!!!

I thought the movie was pretty good and should be seen in the box office. If the movie company doesn't make a move soon, they will screw up the chance to be the first skate boarder movie to the big screen!

I think you will like the story, stunts and humor in this movie.

Well, I have yet to be contacted about the movie, either. Over the summer I filmed 3 episodes of Zoey 101, which will air later this year.

I will keep you all informed on the movie release.

It's being released on DVD Tuesday June 19th, 2007

LIONS GATE FILMS acquired this movie. They do plan on releasing it, but now unlikely to happen before next summer. Feel free to call them 310-449-9200 and tell them to get it out! Yes was shot at internationally reknowned action sports camp POINT X CAMP.

Dish Dogz is out on DVD now. I bought it today at Best Buy.
