This was a great movie and should have been released, at least onto DVD. Why was it not?

After crazylove debuted at the Hollywood Film Festival, it was released in the US. It was the Valentine's Day feature film on Lifetime and subsequently aired numerous times on Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network. That version was edited for TV. Lifetime still owns the US TV rights and it will likely run again in the future, watch their web site for further details.
A DVD of the director's cut that was shown at the festival premiere will be released in the United States and Canada by MTI Home Video in 2007. The producer and director just recorded commentary yesterday for the DVD. We expect MTI to give us a release date within the next couple of weeks.
The film has also been released internationally on TV and/or DVD depending on the territory.
