Met the director on a plane..

Hey guys. For starters, I met Aric Avelino on a recent flight (today, March 12 2006) and have to say that it was my pleasure chatting with him. As we are both in the same industry, we had a few things in common. I was granted the pleasure to watch the trailer of his film. WOW...
That pretty much sums it all up for me. I am so looking forward to seeing this movie. I wish Aric and the entire cast/crew much success.
I'm out..

Aric is a wondeful guy. He is one of my best friends and we were roommates in college. He has a lot to offer to the public and the film industry, so please spread the word about American Gun.

Word's being spread, but it's not good. I'm sorry, but this movie fell flat on its face for me. All of the characters came off as two-dimensional projections of the writers' imaginations. It seemed as if they simply thought, "oh, this is how it should be" and never bothered to find out how it really is.

Thumbs up for getting a movie made, but it wasn't a very good one.

Try uploading it in its entirety to the usenet in min xvid quality as a screener. This movie is going to need all the help it can get. I'm going to say a blasphemy. But unless I screen a movie anymore, I just don't go and see it. Trailers are what marketing people watch. Come back and reread this post is ten years if you think I'm wrong.
This movie also sounds like a TV movie that came out awhile back about a child that killed two burglers entering his home..a writers(?) real story of psyhic pain and a gunho father coming to learn what family is about.

Were there snakes on this plane. If not I'm not interested!
