Marcia Gay Harden

Oh My God! I Just Watch American Gun Yesterday and I think Marcia Gay Harden Should Be Nomminated for her role in AG. That one scene wear they put the flags in her yard was so memorible, it showed how much of a good actor she is... Does anyone agree with me?

I loved her in this movie. This has to be one of her greatest performances. She absolutely blew me away. So yes I definitely agree with you. Great job, Marcia. It's a shame when great performances like this get overlooked just because they are in small films like American Gun. Everyone should see this film, if only for the great performances, of which there are plenty.

The scene that stuck with me most is where she has the fight with David and then breaks down on the phone crying after David left. Brilliant! And I agree. A lot of great performances all around. Can't wait until I get the DVD to rewatch it.

She's really great, one of the best portrayl's of a parent of a very violent teenager almost ever. Her and the woman who played Matthew Poncelet's mother in Dead Man Walking.

I loved when she was at her factory and she was sitting on the ground...that was a great scene.
She was amazing.

It's too bad that movies that depict the perpertrators of school shootings such as Elephant or Zero Day didn't have actors as good as Marcia Gay harden who could play the parents of killers.

~But that's just me~
