How old was Astinos?

I'm curious to know how old Astinos was supposed to be. I know Leonidas at one point in the film says 'he is too young to have felt a woman's warmth', which maybe isn't meant to be taken literally, perhaps just referring to how young he is. I'm not sure though. Funny, really, considering his father was in fact only eight years older than him!
