Nickelodeon will never have a show like this again.

This show aired when I was in first grade and I loved it but at the same time was afraid of it. Regardless, I enjoyed it whenever it was on although seldom due to Nicklodeon's favoritism with Zoey 101 on the pedestal of perfect (but to be honest I enjoyed that one as well since I'm a feminist and it was deep down a feminist show but not as much as Unfabulous.) This one didn't even need to hide it's innuendos; Geena actually got to say Sex-Ed. in an episode and White Girls in another, Addie beat up Maris in the same one with G saying White Girls and there was talk of the posterior on a boy. This sow will always have a special place in my heart. I also loved the interracial coupling of Geena and Zach in the final episode (I would mention Addie and Jake as well but I already did in another thread.)

I agree. I don't know if i am just getting older, but nick does not seem to be as good as it used to be. It seems like they need new shows since sam and cat is canceled.

The scene where her face landed in the punchbowl in the 1st ep. was creepy for some reason.

I was a fan of the show during its original run. Watching it now, it doesn't hold up anymore. Especially the first season, which just feels awkward and represents a show that didn't really figure out its direction yet.

It also doesn't help that during its original run, it was overshadowed by the other three live-action shows at the time (Drake and Josh, Ned's Declassified, Zoey 101) and those actually DO hold up.

Zoey 101 maybe.

reply

No way, Drake & Josh is classic. And Ned's Declassified was entertaining in its own right.

reply

No they will not, and it is a shame.

reply

Drake and Josh definitely holds up.

Somehow I never knew anything about it existing until recently. And now they barely ever have episodes on. But I've been watching a few and I was like awwwww fetus emma. I think her acting was quite good. A lot of the times she doesn't seem like emma robrts having first seen her current stuff. (I mean her look and voice have changed uite a bit, although some times here and there she sounds just like she does now).
