I was wondering the same thing... She has a speaking part but gets no mention in the credits or on sites like this.

Seagal refers to her as "one of our operatives" and I think he calls her Cat or Kat or Kath.

She says something along the lines of "Fletcher's been showing a lot of interest in Keelon Dyer... It's a local based technology company owned by a guy called Sandrow."

She also says "Get it yourself" when asked to serve a drink.

I think she is a British / English model or actress... I have seen her somewhere before.

Anyone know the name?
