What other film has the 'classical' music been in. It is played at some point during the film and in the credits also. It is really bugging me!!Thanks :)
shareI was just watching it last Monday with my class of 6th graders- and I believe that the music is from Casper. I would have to watch Spiderwick again but I'm almost positive that's where it's from.

shareHeh, yea, I just watched this for this first time today and when that lullabye style music came on I said "Holy crap that's from Casper". I still enjoyed this movie though and Casper alike. :)
sharethe music during the credits at the end is very beautiful, it has that gustav holst sound (like "the planets"). Can anyone tell me whether it's possible to buy that somewhere as soundtrack?
shareThe Spiderwick Chronicles has an original soundtrack. All music heard in the movie can be found on that CD. It was composed by the same person who did the music for Casper, which is why it sounds similar, because he appropriated one of his old themes, but it is actually different than the Casper music.
