Zachary Stein does have a good point

I more the beginning of this movie after when Daryl Sabara narrates that he still had to go back to Hebrew school for one more day, he mentions it is not like you suddenly become a man, since at age of 13 you can't smoke, drink or drive and that is at least legally eleven through i am sure that there a teens that still underage smoke or drink.
