Anyone know how to gain skills faster?

I know the obvious answer is by fighting more creatures but anyone know a faster way? I'm near the end (on pelennor fields) and all of my characters haven't mastered everything and I would just like to face Sauron at my full strength.

What i'm doing is saving adn travelling to different parts of Middle Earth and fighting creatures. Best bet is to go to Helms Deep or palces which you haven't finished 100% yet.

This is what I do to level up only ur spirit attacks, (or thief, etc). Go back to a place like eregion, or another where the enemies cannot hurt you much. Then bring in any character that you want, with the exception of Elegost, because he has no non-violent attacks, and just attack the orcs with non violent moves, preferably ones that recover AP, to avoid using recovery items. FOr the other attacks, and for Elegostthe above post is what I do aswell, just go to helms deep and kill things until done.

P.S. the eregion strat may take a long time, but it is faster then going to helms deep or other to do them.

Yep thats what I did when I played the game. It's also easier if you let the other characters that you aren't trying to train die first. When I was trying to gain SPs in Iridial's spirit powers, I let the other 2 die, and I kept using haste of the elves. It let her go over and over again, so I gained SPs crazy fast. I got Water Stallion in about 15-20 minutes.

Best thing to do is just go back to the first board and get attacked by archer orcs.

You'll almost always dodge their arrows but you won't counter them like you would the melee moves.

Morwen can get her SP up super fast by using the 'steal sp' move. She'll gain 1 for using it, and gain 1 for each time she steals.

Spirit or Thief skills... here's what I do.

I go to Snowbourne and find a spellcaster... orc or wildman.

I kill all the other foes and drain all the AP from the caster - typically it's the orc with the banner - at that point, he can't do anything at all.

Then, I just do spirit skills over-and-over again. I make sure every character gets a hit of Fellowship from Berethor to regain AP. Also, I use spirit attacks that cost little AP, unless they drain from the enemy.

Attack skills? I just do Helm's Deep over and over... fight, fight, fight. Not much else you can do...
