Bunshinsaba is more unique but Ryeong has been made with style. I think they're equals but if I have to pick one I would say... Ryeong.

I prefer Ryeong. It has a more elaborated plot, better ending and the scary moments are less predictable than Bunshinsaba.

Had more Goosebumps with Ryeong aka Dead Friend. The ghosts of Bunshinsaba showed too much there faces and that didn’t scare much (there had lovely big eyes and a pretty face)
