shareAgreed. Maybe not a WHOLE lot, but it has much of the same premise. MBFB was a fantastic campy zomb-edy to begin with, so you can't blame someone else for taking their own shot at an updated version of the same storyline, can you? Alright... apparently some people can since this is rated so horribly. I enjoyed it though.
shareThought the exact same thing, just from the plot info it sounds exactly the same. Except this is trying to be a more serious zombie flick, still comedic, but not as campy, I agree. But thats what made MBFB so awesome, is that it knew how stupid the plot was, so they worked within the confines of the comedic value, this movie tried hard to be serious, and it failed pretty badly. Had they taken it more in a MBFB direction, I (and maybe some othrs) would have liked it more...
