why is the main character not in the front on the cover?

was just looking at my "recently viewed" list on the bottom, and saw this again. and it struck me suddenly how absurd the cover is for this movie. the girl is in front. she isn't even the main character. she's the love interest. the zombie kid should be up front. wtf is wrong with Irish Hollywood?
