This will be the place (along with other movie forums on IMDb) to talk about next year's predictions, so that they'll hopefully still be fresh in peoples minds by the time they vote next year.

My picks so far:

Best Movie:
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Fahrenheit 9/11 (going off a limb here)

Best Male Performer:
Daniel Radcliffe - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
(showed more acting capabilities in this one than the first two combined)

Best Breakthrough Performance - Male:
Rupert Grint - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Best Breakthrough Performance - Female:
