Music during credits

It was either 97,98, or 99 but they played music during the credits that I really liked. I have heard this song before, but I can never figure out the lyrics or what it's called, so anyone remember the songs played during the credits of the circa 98 episode?

I think the chorus started with kind of shouting the word "Never" followed by other words I forget. I also think it has the lyrics "I'll do it if I can" but when searching the internet I cannot find the song so maybe I'm wrong there.
