90's hair trend

When I look back at some of the hairstyles throughout a lot the 90's: I notice a lot of celebrity women sporting this particular kind of big hair. Not 80's big hair. It's more like an almost 90's version of "old hollywood" type big hair. It should come back. It's big hair done right.
