Very. Louis Koo, Aaron Kwok, and Tony Leung all had to learn Judo for their roles in this film, as they don't use any stunt doubles during the fights. And man, they hit that pavement hard!

Tony Leung character has only one signature move, ha.

while the fights are good, don't see the movie just for them. You'll just be disappointed. This is a great movie. Johnny To is one of the best director working in HK right now. I'm always excited about his films, except for the romatic comedy flicks that he put out. I'm not really fond of HK romantic comedies.
I see the movie before I judge it
Before watching this movie, I expected to see just a bunch of throws. But I was surprised to find a lot of good groundfighting in this movie.
Also, not only are there a lot of takedowns, chokes, and jointlocks in the movie but good falling techniques (to break the fall).
The staging of the fights is also good. Some of the fights take place in a dojo and some outside the dojo (eg nightclub, on the street, etc).
