Why no sequel?

It doesn't need one.

Talladega Nights The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby is one of my favorite movies and a sequel would be neat to see. Maybe it can be about Cal Naughton and how his son is now grown up and is now a top NASCAR driver and Ricky Bobby is now retired and is teaching new race car drivers and is teaching Cal's son the ABC's of NASCAR. But when Jean-Gerard returns and now challenges Cal's son to race against him in his first race but through the rocky road Ricky Bobby becomes a successful racing school teacher. Pretty cool idea for a sequel do you agree?
