Time Difference!!!

I've just finished watching this film and I liked it but one thing that bothered me was that when Lloyd and Susie were talking on the phone there didn't seem to be a time difference. There should be about a five hour (I could be wrong but I think it is around that) time difference between the UK and New York.

I don't thing this is the case, cause at this time his fiancée is with him and she didn't know that he isn't working anymore so it has to be in the evening.
Besides his girlfriend falls asleep during his cooking!

i also noticed the time differnece while watching it because they were both cooking dinner at the same time.it was strange but i didn't care about it,for i liked the movie...

The first time Lloyd calls her it's evening in England and night in NYC. And the dinner thing that's being mentioned well Suzie tells her date "I'll make you lunch tomorrow" Lunch being a 12pmish meal yes? And when Lloyd makes it it is tea time so around 6ish.

It should be the other way round:when it's evening in NY it's night in London...the difference is 3 hours between October and March (NY 1PM- London 4 PM)and 5 hours March-October(NY 1 PM-London 6 PM)
