Mortuary/Zombies

Early this year a movie poster was released on Aint-It-Cool advertising a new Tobe Hooper movie called "Zombies" (I saved this poster on my hard drive cause it was very cool looking). It also was listed under Tobe's IMDB listing. Now it is no longer here and Mortuary is now listed. Is this the same film but with a new title?
