how old?

how old were these kids supposed to be? they loooked about 14 or 15 yet the gay dude had *beep* loads of, (crap), tattoos! then they all bugged out when the cop was ringing the bell and they were smoking pot like they were about 12! found it a bit odd. truly a *beep* film!
