OFFICIAL ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES I'VE EVER SEEN

My god. This movie sucked more than anything has ever sucked before! Not scary, not gory, not exciting. And the ending blew too! I would rather get into a bar-fight with a biker than sit through this movie again!

reply

No u suck. Movie was good.

What is it with you NYY, do you have a vested interest in this movie?? You're defending it, although not very well, on every post. Sorry m8, but you're just not convincing anyone. You can put perfume on poo, but it's still poo.

reply

Your probably one that's been watching too much Ben Stiller movies lately.

reply

Sorry, what? Did you mean "You're probably someone who has watched too many Ben Stiller movies"? Yeesh.

And the person above you is right - it's fine that you like the movie, but good grief, at least bring up a reason. Defend it for crying out loud.

As for me - I'm 50/50 on it. It had potential, but my boyfriend and I just started laughing as soon as we saw the dead piano teacher. Why did he turn into a goblin when he died? After that, all we did was laugh.

reply

I agree, this movie was a complete waste of time

"Mmmmmm sacrilicious"

reply

The movie was a complete waste of space and resources.

The only reason to watch it in the first place was for Alexandra Adi (Liz). She was hot!!!!

2 out of 10. (Would have been a 1 if Alexandra was not in it.)

Crap film.

reply

wow....the only thing worse than this film is the fact that I bought it. What the hell happened to the Poltergeist dude? Oh...The cashier at the store I bought the dvd from told me it was really good and had really good special effects. lol. What a retard.

reply

Yeah, it really disappointed me... it definitely had potential though.

No way this cant be Tobe Hooper..wtf Happend 2 him ??? THIS IS The worst movie ever not 1 of the...

reply

I think Tobe kinda phoned this one in. OK makeup effects, really stupid "shock" ending. Greg Travis funny as usual, although almost over the top. I read he's also the hippie farmer in the 3D Night of the Living Dead "re-imagining". I heard he's pretty good in that one.

"You mean the movie lied?!"

If you think this movie is bad, go to blockbuster and rent Beyond the Wall of Sleep. While mortuary is a horrible movie (at one time I too thought it was the worst), it at least had one semi-likeable character, an alright setting, and good lighting. A few others that might be worse are Andre the Butcher and House of the Dead.

reply

House of the Dead was horrid.

I know many ppl consider it the worst ever. But according to this site the worst movie ever is Crossover at 1.2

Check the bottom 100.

This is another movie that was small budgeted but the mix of so many different styles of horror that are put together in it make it a 'different' movie that is worth seeing once. It meshes Japanese horror, Serial not-dead-yet killer, and Zombie thriller. Very odd but not terrible. 6.2/10

i've seen a lot worse... "Manos"?? now that's bad.

I bought this at Wal-Mart five months ago at the bargin bit. I heard of this, i thought it would be really good. Since director Tobe Hooper showed some signs of a comeback in "The Toolbox Murders".

It`s seems this movie was under-budgeted from the start, it really shows during the last half-hour. The cast are decent but it seems the director really let his cast loose. Some of Tobe Hooper`s movies, when they wild Over the Top performances from his cast. It works on some of his better films but this one doesn`t. Only Denise Crosby comes off fine in the movie. The picture truly suffers an dismal ending. His two "Master of Horrors" episodes are much better than this one.

It`s only for the loyal Hooper`s fans.

Disparaging remarks have been made about countless movies. I rather liked this one - it is quite creepy, the music is eerie, and I liked the scene where Jonathan is walking around the graveyard at 2 am. I am, to be candid, rather surprised that this movie was given a 15 certificate here in the UK.

If you think this is bad, go watch The Toybox. This is amazing compared to that.
