Completely Overlooked Gem

Started watching this with no inkling as to what it was about and found myself laughing heartily throughout. Wow, a comedy that makes you really laugh...how refreshing! In fact, I think this is the best comedy I've seen since "Flirting With Disaster". Why was this not a hit? Was it even released theatrically?
