Within 2/3 into the trailer, you see Nina getting busy with her fat friend in a washroom. Why the hell they cut that out of the movie?!

Oh wow. Yeah I knew there was some kind of plot point missing after the scene in Michelle's bedroom when she was talking about kissing.

It's been a long time but I think I remember something on the DVD commentary about how Michelle is supposed to be frustratingly in love with her best friend, without reciprocation. It's hard to tell, but it almost looks like she might be crying in that scene.

shareWow, never saw this obviously red-tag trailer or that scene before. The lesbian issue was alluded to in the DVD supplements with a short scene with Michelle crying over Nina, but that was it. Now I really wish there was a commentary track or some deleted scenes on a disc somewhere.

If I would have seen that before seenig the movie I surely wouldn't see it.
Aside from that, I also thought that there was some cutting there, because the scene where nina and her friend where talking about kissing didn't led to anything and seemed unconnected to the movie. Well, the whole part of the friend did in some way...

shareyeah ive never seen that before! ive seen a different one. this trailer at first seemed like maybe it was a fan made thing, what with the cheesy font of the letters and all. but when they showed unreleased footage, like the before mentioned scene and where Olivia is throwing stuff around the room. very cool. i wonder if maybe the lesbian thing was a dream sequence? which would totaly change the feel the movie.

I guess they felt that the story line was shocking enough without the lesbian subtext. I wish they had kept it in though, it would've lent a lot more depth to the best friend character's behavior.
