Pat Kelly?

I just saw this movie. It wasn't that great, but it got me wondering how old Pat Kelly really was. He plays 'Jack' in Crimes of Fashion and is supposed to be Kaley Cuoco's love interest. But he looks ten to fifteen years older than her. His IMDB profile doesn't list his birthdate, and I couldn't find him through Google.
