Has anyone else noticed that inside Season One there is a list of six episodes with chapter headings that have nothing to do with any of the episodes on the disc. Why is that there? If it's some kind of esoteric joke, it seems a pretty lame joke for such a funny series.

Do you mean the actual names of the episodes?

It was an error- the episode titles of Catterick were mixed up with The Smoking Room.
